As it was 20yrs ago when I arrived in Metro Manila - Cafe Dulcinea remains a classic and personal favorite of mine. Not only has it withstood the fierce competition of modern cafes but more importantly it was able to retain it’s consistency throughout the years. I was equally delighted to happen upon their new branch at Estancia Mall - this will definitely be another good reason for me to visit one of my favorite malls in Pasig City The churros are still as delicious as the first time I tried it with its rich dark chocolate dip another must try is their version of Vietnamese Coffee which was a surprising treat along with their Spaghetti Bolognese I would still recommend this cafe to everyone who just wants to experience a delightful foodie experience without breaking the budget too

Dulcinea visits are a hit or miss. Been in this branch a few times and so far it always delivered. Despite its small size, it exudes a cozy ambiance. The food maintains its homey appeal. Salpicao is a favorite but must say it's their tuhod y batoc that stood out for me. It has generous portions and already comes with two servings of rice, ideal for sharing. The gambas and ensalada offer great value for their portion sizes as well. Not to be missed is the refreshing cucumber shake, made from real cucumbers and striking the perfect balance between freshness and sweetness. Overall, this branch provides a reliable and comforting dining option.

They offer different varieties of sans rival. I ordered the mango almond sans rival. No real mangoes, but the buttercream was infused with mango (whether real or flavouring, your guess is as good as mine). The meringue layers were both crunchy and chewy, and not too sweet. The sans rival was covered with generous amount of almond shards. The brewed coffee was good. Service was fast. Interesting interiors, but the atmosphere was pretty drab.

Ate here right after eating at Buca di Beppo since they share a space. Probs the best churros place anywhere. We would look for this and it would always be our point of comparison for churros. Also tried the sylvanas. This is just ok nothing special about it.
